We need you! We couldn't pull off our Saturday and Sunday Green Markets and Events without our volunteers. Moreover, we're always on the lookout for new recruits. If you share our love of all things local, we'd love to hear from you.

Our volunteers come from many walks of life: market shoppers, artisans, dedicated foodies, students, professionals, chefs and restaurant staff, neighborhood activists and others who want to share their talents and time by helping their community sustain the local food economy.

Volunteers work at the Saturday and Sunday Market helping with our Kids Club, CSA program, Recycling program, gardening and growing food, surveys and database maintenance and at Special Events. Our volunteers also act as scouts to find new and unique vendors and or farmers with surplus produce.

We welcome volunteers looking for a space to showcase their musical and entertainment talents at the Green Market . We are also open to new ideas and encourage you in getting your own ideas started.

A volunteer is a person who freely offers to take part in our social enterprise. Although volunteers are not paid, they do make a time commitment.
